Shipping policy

In-Person Attendees

Most BrickCon merchandise is available as a pre-order for pickup at BrickCon.

  • Orders can be picked up at the BrickCon Merch Desk inside the Meydenbauer Center during the event.
  • A valid BrickCon attendee registration is required to enter the event.
  • Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your order.

If you are attending BrickCon in-person and accidentally select shipping during checkout, don’t worry. Any shipping charges will be refunded, and your order will be held for pickup at the BrickCon Merch Desk.

Virtual Attendees

Shipping is available only for orders that include a Virtual AFOL Swag Bag.

Orders requesting shipping without a Virtual AFOL Swag Bag will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Virtual AFOL Swag Bags are available only to registered Virtual AFOL attendees.

Shipping Schedule

Orders eligible for shipping will be processed after the BrickCon Store closes on Sunday, September 13, 2026.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your destination from Washington State, USA.

All shipments are sent via USPS and include tracking.

Please allow 1–6 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.
