Shipping policy

Most products are pre-order and as such only available for pick-up onsite.  All pick-up items will be available at the Merch desk within the Meydenbauer Center. You must have a valid ticket to enter BrickCon. Please bring proof of ID to pick up your items.

Shipping available with order of AFOL Virtual Swag Bag ONLY (will be shipped along with swag bag available to VIRTUAL ATTENDEES only). Orders for shipping not paired with the purchase of an AFOL Virtual Swag Bag are subject to cancellation and a full refund. AFOL Virtual Swag Bags may only be purchased by Virtual AFOL Attendees.  

International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes upon receipt.

Any products eligible for shipping will be shipped after the BrickCon store closes on Sunday of BrickCon.  

Shipping will be determined by the cost of shipping to your location from Washington State, USA. All shipments will be sent via USPS with tracking. Please allow 1-6 weeks for shipment depending on location.
